Ginger is one of the healthiest spices on the

drink one glass of warm water to wash it down your throat for fast relief from

of ginger tea a day is not advisable. Also, 1-2 teaspoons of honey can be added
to the ginger tea.
If you’d like to retire after a tiring day,
ginger tea can help in that too! Add one cup of strong ginger tea to a warm
bath or a container broad enough to hold your feet comfortably. Relax your feet
in this for about 15 minutes and wash off with warm water. It helps to reduce
pain and swelling.

symptoms. This is beneficial for people with travel sickness and pregnant women
with morning sickness.
